The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has held its thanksgiving service today in Accra to commend God following its victory in the 2020 presidential elections.

The interdenominational service was held at the forecourt of the State House on Sunday morning.

It was held under the theme “Ebenezer, thus far the Lord has helped us, for the battle is the Lord’s.”

Present at the event is President-elect, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and Vice President, Dr Mahammudu Bawumia.

Other top government officials, party executives and members of the clergy were also in attendance.

Speaking at the President, Nana Akufo-Addo thanked God for listening to the prayers of the party and all the meaningful Ghanaians for renewing his mandate.

He promised to do his best to ensure the country develop in a more faster pace to accelerate its economic development.
