Movie director, Cathy Garcia-Sampana has denied knowing the exact relationship between actress Kathryn Bernardo and colleague Alden Richards.
According to her, their relationship could solely be based on friendship and nothing else.
Reacting to the rumours sparked after she brought the two in her movie she directed “Hello Love Goodbye,” Cathy indicated that being together often did not mean dating.
“It can be pure friendship. It could also be the beginning of something, but we don’t know anything about that,” she stated.
Meanwhile, Alden in a recent media appearance made it clear that he and Kathryn had no special thing going, however, “what you see is what you get.”
He further stated that it was sometimes unnecessary to go all out about personal issues on social media and there were things which were better kept private.
“It’s not really necessary to always announce things like that on social media. You know, sometimes the personal things that are happening, better be personal,” Richards said.
He noted that ever since he and Kathryn starred in the box office movie “Hello Love Goodbye,” they have remained good friends.
Since Kathryn and Daniel Padilla announced their breakup last November, fans of Kathryn and Alden were clamouring for a reunion project for the two.
