Lucas went to the precinct to inform Brandon that the court has approved that he goes to the wake of his brother. Also about the operation, Hipolito and his men were ready for it. He told Bert that the Vendetta were dedicated people who were putting the government on its toes to fight corruption for the poor man’s voice to be heard.

He later asked Cardo about the group’s next operation and declared to them that he support what they were fighting for. He said looking around, there were no jobs and that has been the reason the youth were into social vices, though that he said was not an excuse for the youth to do what was wrong but if the government had been up and going those vices would have taken a back seat.
