Keche Joshua apologises to Christians for his blasphemy verse in ‘No Dulling’ song

Talented musician Joshua Ampah of music duo, Keche fame has apologised to fans and Christians for his lyrics that was tagged as “blasphemy” on the “No Dulling” song which featured reigning Artiste of the Year, Kuame Eugene.

The party song after its released has received massive backlash from the public especially Christians for his verse on the song, for which Keche Joshua called out fake pastors, and doubted the second coming of Jesus Christ.

He said in the lyrics that if the Second Coming of Jesus Christ was real, he would have come by now.

Keche Joshua has rendered an apology to his fans who are disappointed in him for his verse on the smash hit and promised not to repeat the mistake in subsequent music.

“All I will say is sorry to the fans who are disappointed in that lines in the song,” he said.

Speaking on the perceived blasphemy, Keche Joshua said, as a Christian he believed in the resurrection of Jesus Christ and would not ridicule it in anyway.

“I am a Christian and believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ, so I will not say anything to undermine it.

Sometimes as musicians, we love to create phrases which will make people talk and it wasn’t done with malice,” he explained.

The “alonguitugui” hitmaker indicated that he had received a lot of messages from people raising issues of blasphemy with his verse on the song and expressed regret for using such verse.

The song which featured the reigning Artiste of the year, is the toast of many at events across the country, and competing strongly in many music charts.
