Prophetic slap of Cecilia Marfo ended a career of a popular musician— Brother Sammy reveals
Renowned gospel musician and pianist, Samuel Opoku, popularly known for his stage name Brother Sammy has revealed how a top gospel musician had his career brought on its knees through the actions of a colleague musician.
He revealed on Kumasi-based Angel FM that the musician in question, who was one of the prominent industrial gospel musicians is struggling to rise now following a prophetic slap the person received from gospel singer cum prophetess Cecilia Marfo.
“I know one big gospel artiste who cannot even write a single song after the person was slapped by Cecilia Marfo,” he revealed.
Asked by the host if it was not just a joke, Brother Sammy insisted that the story was real but would not mention names.
“I will not mention the person’s name but that person told me that receiving slap from Cecilia Marfo ended his career and talent as a gospel musician,” he added.
Brother Sammy regretted that Cecil Marfo’s actions against gospel artistes were making it difficult for people to join the gospel industry.
“I don’t have any grudge against Cecilia Marfo but I hate her action towards gospel artistes and the industry,” he stressed.
Brother Sammy further indicated that he would feature Cecilia Marfo if Holy Spirit directs her to do a song with him.
