Gospel musician, Empress Gifty Adorye has reiterated calls on musicians to stand firm to rebuke the action demonstrated by a musician cum prophetess, Cecilia Marfo for disgracing Joyce Blessing during performance at Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
According to her, if musicians do not condemn Cecilia Marfo’s action she will continue to act in that manner to destroy many brands and eventually collapse the industry.

Speaking during a live session on Facebook to register her displeasure about the maltreatment against co singer, Joyce Blessing during a song ministration at a Thanksgiving Service, Empress Gifty indicated that Cecilia Marfo did not consider what Joyce Blessing was passing through.
She said marital issues should not be used against a person during a programme which is not meant for deliverance and prophesy.
Empress Gifty observed that if gospel musicians fail to act fast against the prophetess she would do worse and one of them would be the next victim of that evil plot.

She underscored the need for the industry to unite and take necessary steps against the self acclaimed righteous who was casting stones on others.
Empress Gifty noted that Cecilia Marfo some time ago chanted on her name and dug a pit to bury a Ghc5 to sink her anointing and brand.
“I said this but you all failed to believe because I don’t rob my head with a scarf and I also don’t speak in tongues. You called Cecilia Marfo holy ghost filled now you see,” she stressed.

Empress Gifty said not all those who speak in tongues were filled with holy spirit and regretted that most of the tongues speakers were chronic fornicators.
She called for prayers on behalf of Joyce Blessing and pledged to support her through this hard times till the bad tag on her is cleared.

Prophetess Cecilia Marfo on Friday snatched a microphone from the hands of Joyce Blessing who was on stage ministering to over 500 patrons of Unity Group Thanksgiving Service held in Kumasi in the Ashanti Region.
After snatching the microphone, Cecilia Marfo who was believed to have been led by the holy spirit prophesied that Joyce Blessing who divorced her husband for about six months ago should re-unite with him.
She claimed that God was not happy with Joyce Blessing’s divorce and she was a person that God has blessed to do his work and would not be complete if she stays out of her marriage.
Cecilia Marfo went on to say that Joyce was crowned as queen and she would become complete in her kingdom if she ascends to throne of her marriage.
