Ghanaian highlife lyricist and show entertainer Kumi Guitar has finally released the much anticipated controversial song titled “S.E.X”.
The song which was premiered on Friday night by Zylofone music on YouTube is garnering lots of controversies just hours after its release.
The music highlighted the promiscuous nature of some industrial giants including Shatta Wale, Kwame Eugene, Dada Afco, Bisa K’dei, James Gardner, Too Sweet, Akwaboah among others.
Contrary to the subtle style of music people are accustomed to from Kumi, this new song boasts of a slightly controversial edge; leading music lovers to doubt men especially their promiscuous nature, Casanova lifestyle and why a woman should preserve herself from them.
Using the character of his fellow industrial giants, musical symbols and other inanimate items to personify his thoughts and acts of men, he asserted that there was no man in the world who is a virgin.
The five-star general insinuated that all men were after the body of women and they propose with the intention to have “SEX”
The latest single is characterised by myth, witty sayings, symbolism, metaphor and other figurative languages.
Kumi Guitar explained to Spot On News that his latest track addressed the often
overlooked promiscuous lifestyle of Ghanaian men and its impact on
society.
He does the delivery in his talented musical way with very catchy lyrics on a memorable highlife beat produced by Seven Snares (with extra production credits going to Konfem & Possi Gee).
