The United kingdom (UK) based Ghanaian artiste, Fuse of De Ground (ODG) has assured Ghanaians that the two individuals who sustained injuries after the collapse of a lighting stand at the Kente Party Festival held on Friday in Accra were recovering.
According to him, they were responding well to treatment and improving on their situation each day.
A press statement issued and signed by the Communications Manager of New Africa Nation, management team of Fuse ODG, Godwin Dogbey on Saturday revealed that both were doing well.
It was stated that Fuse ODG left the festival grounds immediately to the hospital in ensuring that the injured members get the necessary medical attention.
He noted that the health of patrons, fans and members of the team was of utmost importance to the “antenna” hit maker and expressed his outfit’s commitment to investigate the unfortunate incidence in ensuring that culprit is brought to book and also prevent future occurrences.
“We are now working with them to investigate the cause of the incidence in order to secure the future of all patrons,” the statement said.
The Kente Tina festival among other things seeks to promote African aesthetic culture and project the country’s textiles industry especially Kente to the outside world.
Patrons were served with good music from the camp of Sarkodie, Efya, Quamina MP, Joey B, Camidoh among others.
They also had the best local foods and had lots of fun till the incidence nearly marred the joyful moment.
