Celebrated young Jamaican artiste, Martina Startina has expressed the need for musicians to have a strong team to help them build a great brand-empire in the industry.
According to her, most musicians could not position their art appropriately and easily get overtaken by those who penetrate the industry with strong teams.
Speaking in an exclusive interview with Spot On News yesterday, the Jamaican Reggae-dancehall and RNB Soul artiste (Reggaehallsoul) who spoke about the sidelines of the industry during the outbreak of COVID-19 bemoaned that many artistes with weak management team would not survive in the novel coronavirus era.
She lamented that producing good music was not the only sure way to get people jump around an artiste.
The “antisocial” hitmaker indicated that having a strong team develop an artiste, stressing that the team employ various innovative strategies to get the brand well positioned in difficult crisis like the COVID-19 crisis.
She noted that many musicians were sleeping thinking of the day the virus get wipe out from the earth before bouncing back.
That, the beautiful Reggaehallsoul goddess said could make many arts suffer decline in revenue and appealed to them to see music as business.
She urged artistes to find strong management team that would think of innovative means to make them survive in “this COVID-19 era” and also encouraged fans to patronise her music on all the major streamline stores.
Martina Startina promised more songs to get music lovers in the groove.
“My Production team, Dub lab Production is working around the clock to produce new songs for all my fans and music lovers,” she added.
Martina Startina showed interest in music when she was eight year old and could sing along with songs from giant musical arts, which in many ways had shaped her art when she became professional musician.
The hardcore artiste is also an actress and has starred in many foreign and Jamaican movies.
She only has one goal in life that is to keep rising in the creative art industry and bless those who love entertainment with her multi-talent arts.
