Kumawood actors use ‘juju’ to diminish my spirit and skills— Frank Naro shares frightful movie experience

Actor cum musician, Frank Naro has broken silence on how his fellow Kumawood actors use “black magic” popularly known as “juju” to induce his acting skills which eventually diminishes his spirit whenever he is acting on set.

According to him, his spirit flees from him when playing his role along with other actors at various locations during movie shoot but expressed contrary when he is at home.

“I become lively and feel myself when I am home, so it got to a point that I became so scared to go on set,” he stressed.

In an interview on Max Television as monitored by Spot On News, the multi-talented musician expressed worry in the alarming rate some actors and actresses resort to black magic to eliminate competitors in the industry.

He noted that he stepped on a certain strange powder some time ago while acting on set.

“There is a black magic everywhere but by God’s grace that we are still living. Can you believe that sometime ago I stepped on something after I came from my room at the location and I was severely sick. News even broke that I had an accident so my leg was swollen and they will amputate it, I was at the verge of death,” the “do me” hitmaker said.

He indicated that the industry was full of haters and if “God is not on your side your fellow actor will end your life to claim your role.”

To excel in the Kumawood industry, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Frank Naro Movie Production observed that only God could help one to excel.

Dedication, hardwork as well as fervent prayer, he noted were paramount in the industry.

“Sometimes if I am acting and I say certain words that will help me to blow the adults will not allow me to say.

They will shut and scream at me that you are just a child and as a child you don’t have to utter such words when you are talking to adults,” he added.

Frank Naro indicated that with all those back-biting and influence it got to a point in the industry that the faces most producers wanted was Maame Serwaa and him which he stated helped him in his journey of fame.
