As part of efforts to stay glued to fans amidst the novel coronavirus pandemic, one of the industry’s dancehall giants, Shatta Wale has promised to get fans entertained in a new digital concert dubbed “Faith Concert.”
The concert would kick-start tomorrow at Shatta Wale’s residence at East Legon in Accra to bring alive the joy of entertainment which the world was missing due to the current pandemic.
He made the announcement on his social media handles and urged fans and other musical lovers to subscribe to his channels to join him live.
The ‘Melissa’ hit maker stated that he wanted his global fans to have the hope that the pandemic would not last, stressing that everything would be okay.
He explained that the concert was being organised to remind fans of his endless love for them, adding that he could not get them out of his mind in such difficult moment.
“I still want to put smiles on their faces that is why i am putting together The Faith Concert on April 4 inside my residence,” Shatta Wale said.
Currently, people in the two epicenters, Accra and Kumasi were demanded to stay in their house for two weeks.
The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo made the appeal at his fourth address to the nation to help in containing the spread of the virus within the aforementioned regions.
People believed that the Faith Concert would help reduce boredom and take their minds away from the COVID-19 Pandemic, thus would join the live streaming of the first ever digital concert coming on this Saturday.
