“This is a cartel since the days of Diana Hopeson to Obour and I don’t want to be part of this. I had great ideas for MUSIGA but I can see that the memberd don’t like progress. I had well thought out plan to move MUSIGA to another level but as it stands now, I will keep it,” he said.
The Rastafarian also cursed MUSIGA delegates who spent his money promising to vote for him as the next President of the Union but failed to do so.
According to the Rastafarian, the members of the Union took his money during the campaign phase when he toured various regions in the country in his bid to know the problems facing the union to device better strategies in helping to solve it once elected.
“The members who took money from me and didn’t vote for me should continue to wallow in poverty. I have a lot of things I am currently doing and I will prefer to continue doing them than to waste my time with this MUSIGA administration,” he said.
The MUSIGA elections took place on Tuesday across the regions of Ghana with Ras Appiah Levi gaining 66 votes, while Bessa Simons who won the elections polled 324
