Akwaboah chastises media for promoting $ëx
Highlife musician, Akwaboah has charged the media to use their advertising space to teach the youth on viable things that will challenge them to be profitable in life.
He said the era demanded for the black race to fine tune their minds from sêxüål and other unwholesome habits.
In a recent live Instagram video, Akwaboah expressed his disappointment in the media for bombarding viewers with the advertisement of enlargement creams and aphrodisiacs which intended to boost male performance in bed.
“Does this mean that as for the Black race, we don’t have productive things to talk about and that all we know and talk about is s.e.x?” he quizzed.
The “Obiaa” hitmaker who said watching television station was now detrimental to the well-being of youth due to the advertisement of drugs and other male sëxüal enhancers underscored an urgent need for the media to change the narrative.
“When are we going to teach people to be financially viable or teach them about God? I think it’s about time we changed the narrative. Sèx shouldn’t be all that we think about,” he said.
