Make it public, if I slept with you for money— Wendy Shay dares

Afrobeat singer Wendy Shay has dared any man who felt that she has spent his money to live a luxurious lifestyle to come out to the public to confess.

She made this statement when she shared her dissatisfaction about how some individuals had dragged her name into the Henry Fitz scandal involving some female personalities who had gained names in the country.

Wendy Shay stated that she was not the type of girl who was easily influenced by money to sleep with affluent men to gain more money to live a luxurious lifestyle.

She emphasised that such ideas did not cross her mind even when she was in dire need of something.

Expressing her sentiments in a video, Wendy Shay challenged people who suggested she was into such a lifestyle to provide evidence to substantiate their claims.

“I think it’s high time I address some issues because I’m not happy. I am satisfied with the income I generate from music, be it 5,000 cedis or 100,000 cedis.”

“I am not a greedy kind of person, nor do I allow myself to be pressured. By God’s grace, I can afford a Range Rover today, so I understand the principle of building on what you have.”
