Brothers-Ang Probinsyano Episode 23 Cardo beats Dino over a merciless act
Verna was worried about Edson but Tomas said Edson ran away with Philip’s money.
Tomas was determined to ruin the life of Philip and made him believe that Edson double crossed him but Verna was not happy with that.
Onyok was advised by Nanding not to worry about the bullies, Cardo pledged to ensure Onyok resolved his issue in school when Onyok requested for Flora to change his school.
In the evening, Onyok faked an ailment and Flora advised him. He gave Flora and Cardo a letter he wrote saying sorry to them. Cardo made him promise not to act in that manner again.
Philip proposed a new business plan but still did not believe in what Tomas said about Edson.
Tomas warned Philip not to interfere in his business. Tomas told Joaquin that Edson was considered missing and should create problem between the China man and the country boy.
Dencio also kept on with his plans of kidnapping the governor’s son, Inigo to make money. He recalled what the governor did against his son, Jojo and swore that the governor would pay.
Joaquin met with Carmen and he said he had not been hearing from her. Junior lied to get Joaquin out of their house. He told Carmen that he did want Joaquin to replace his father.
After apologising to Inigo and telling him that he should not repeat what he did against him ever again, the governor’s wife said she would transfer her son to a different school so Cardo decided to send Onyok to different school instead.
After the woman left Inigo, Dencio and his friend held the boy. Inigo saw Onyok and called on him for help.
Onyok tried to help him and was also held together with Inigo. There was commotion so Cardo found a way to get in to save them. The children cried and teacher Ophelia asked the men to have pity on the boy.
Onyok saw Cardo and told his female friend to stop crying since Cardo was there.
The guys suspected it so one passed through the other side to hold Cardo and he sent him in to join the children.
The guy said Cardo was a cop and he would get rid of him but his counterpart said no they were not there to kill anyone.
Joaquin and his team got there, they got hold of the other guy who gave up on the operation.
Upon knowing Dencio’s motive for taking Iñigo hostage, Cardo offers to help Dencio if he laid down his arms.
Cardo spoke with the man not to involve the kids and promised to help him. Dencio kept saying it was the governor’s fault. He eventually accepted Cardo’s help and advice and allowed the kids to go. Holding on to Cardo’s promise, Dencio decides to surrender.
He pleaded with Cardo to help him and his son. Dino Robles later arrived and shot him. Cardo pleaded with Dino not to shoot Dencio but he shot him three times. Before his death Dencio asked Cardo to help his son.
Enraged, Cardo beat up Dino for his merciless act.
Joaquin took advantage of the situation and appeared as the hero. Teacher Ophelia searched for Cardo to thank him instead.
She said if it wasn’t for him the kids together with her would have been in danger. Cardo went to the hospital to look for Jojo, the son of Dencio.
Jojo asked about the whereabouts of his father and his grandma said his father has passed away.
Cardo promised to take care of him. Onyok gist the family about the incident.
Meanwhile, at the station Cardo’s superiors questioned him for beating an officer had higher rank than him. Dino insisted that if he had not killed Dencio he would have killed Cardo but Cardo said the man surrendered and was ready to turn into a new leaf.
In the house, Flora questioned Delfin why he chose Joaquin’s words over Cardo. Delfin said the issue was above him and there would be investigation about the issue to fish out the truth.
Billy congratulated Joaquin for saving the kids. He said it was a team effort. Billy further stated that he did not believe that Cardo could do such a thing against his fellow officer.
Joaquin said Cardo was a pain on the neck. They got home and Carmen overhead that Cardo beat up an officer and she said it was sad that Junior saw his father in Cardo.
She asked Joaquin what could be done against Cardo and he explained that the case was under investigation and Cardo might be suspended or be transferred to another unit.
Onyok presented a letter to Cardo, after reading he turned the paper and saw another write up so he asked Onyok where he got the paper.
Onyok said he got it from Glen’s house. Meanwhile, Glen was already in Flora’s house. She heard the incident and Benny said Cardo was critically injured which scared Glen.
Flora said it was not true, no one was hurt. Cardo then came out with the letter. He read the letter and smiled. Onyok asked him why he was smiling and he said nothing.
He still did not understand what it was in his letter that got Cardo smiling.
