The Broken Marriage Vow Episode 18 Lexy suffers partial miscarriage, David gives Jill a tough time in getting their marriage annulled, Jill gets a space to establish her clinic
Jill called a health assistant in Atom to inform her to prepare as she was on her way to the place for the outreach programme. She told her to inform her about the things they were lacking for her to buy on her way.
Attorney Dante Pugong called her to inform her that he had gotten another psychiatrist who was not affiliated with David.Gio got in and his mother told him to join her for breakfast but he was busy with other things and did not want to be disturbed. He claimed he ate breakfast with Max.
He told his mother that he would go for basketball training but did not want her or his dad to drop him off because he wanted to avoid trouble. He did not want his parents to fight. He would also go to his coach’s birthday and would get home late.
Jill promised to pick him up. She went to Atom and told the health assistant to officially become her assistant as she was planning to set up a new health centre to restart her life.
She chose the woman because she was able to help organise the health programme in Atom easily and wanted someone like her to be her assistant. The woman felt honoured. David was going to have lunch with his son but Lexy suggested he call Gio over for them to have lunch together.
David saw that ad too early for his son to process it. He went to talk to Gio to apologise for he and Jill’s situation. He explained that he never wanted that to happen. Gio questioned why he cheated on his mom, if he never wanted that to happen. He went back to his training and David waited.
Jill got there to ask why he did not inform her before going to see Gio. David said he only wanted to have dinner with his son. Gio got there and since Jill did not want him to discover that they were fighting, she allowed him to go with his father and she warned David to return Gio early.
Later, David went to see Jill in the house and was upset that Jill was claiming he was psychologically incapacitated just to get their marriage annulled. Jill explained that it was the only way to get their divorce. David was also not happy that Jill was taking over the house that belonged to him too.
Jill reminded him that the house was built with her money and it was for Gio. David met with his Attorney and was not ready to make Jill use the psychologically incapacitated case to ruin his reputation. He did not want it to be like he wanted the divorce because Jill was the one who wanted it.
The Attorney suggested he accept to go for the psychological examination and he could also send his petition. He was told it would cost about 300,000 to 500,000 depending on his terms and the outcome of the trial and it could take about two years.
Jill stumbled on Lexy at a shopping mall and Lexy pleaded to offer an idea by suggesting to her to leave Baguio with Gio and start life afresh. She said the annulment was expensive so that was the easiest way to ensure everything goes on smoothly even for the benefit of Gio. Jill saw her as naive for her to think that she should leave.
She questioned Lexy whether she was thinking she was living in a fairytale to have a happy ever after løve tale. She was amused that it never occurred to Lexy that David could repeat what he did to her. Lexy claimed David lõved her and would never do such a thing to her.
Jill then recounted how David claimed he lõved her and would even d!e without her. She asked Lexy if David ever said that to her. Lexy looked so agitated and began to bleed. Jill saved her and rushed her to the hospital. In the clinic, Jill was talking to Sandy if she had already informed the relatives of Lexy when Nathalia got there to angrily question Jill what she did to her daughter.
Sandy explained that Jill even saved Lexy and told her to thank her. After losing another important deal, David got to the clinic to check up on Lexy but had a bitter encounter with Fred and was advised by Nathalia to leave the ward.
Later, David went to confront Jill for agitating Lexy which almost cost her pregnancy. He knew Jill planned it all out but Jill told him her actual plan which was for him to sign the annulment and be with his mistress to take responsibility. She wondered why he was wasting time with her while he had to cast his energy in solving his company’s problems.
Gio asked of Lexy and her baby. Jill assured that Lexy and the baby were fine. She was taken to the hospital early. Fred wondered why Alexis never told them about her pregnancy. She said she was scared of what they might do.
She pleaded with her father to accept David and threatened not to return home if her father did not consider David as part of the family.
Jill searched for an available job and got some at Mr Avila’s office but the man suddenly claimed there was no vacancy. Jill already knew the reason and left. She went to Marina’s house and Migs asked for her help since the Luceros had blacklisted David so no one wanted to work with him.
David told Lexy that he was annulling his marriage the next day and made her believe that he would marry her after his annulment but he did not go to the meeting. Jill went to see him to ask why he did not show up. He claimed he did not want the annulment and had no money for it.
He said if Jill would pay for everything, he would agree. Jill accepted all his terms and conditions just to push through the annulment. David then came clean to Lexy and urged her to accept Gio. He explained that he stayed with Jill for 15 years and it was not that easy to let go.
Lexy accepted to make Gio part of their family and was willing to make him spend weekends with them. Soon, David went for Gio and the boy saw the baby crib he got for Lexy but he also said he had a surprise for him. Jill was looking for an office space and went to some available space she saw online, fortunately, the owner was her patient.
The man lent it out to her with even a discount. She went home to inform her son of the good news only for her to find out that David had gotten Gio a pet, two rabbits while knowing that Jill did not want any pet at home since there was no one to take care of it.
Lexy woke up to use the washroom and overheard David speaking to Jill on the phone and she got jealous. Jill was basically confronting him for not giving her heads up before.
